Add Field

Creates a field in the specified Table (App).

field_position	object	No	Required. Omitting it returns 400. Object with the following literal: prev_sibling_slug string - the previous field's slug value. Note: this value is currently ignored, and new fields are always added at the end of the Table's fields. "prev_sibling_slug": "[Previous Field Slug (or null)]"
auto_fill_structure_layout	boolean	Yes

Note

The field definition is wrapped in a field key. Update Field is different: it takes the bare field object, with no wrapper.

Response

Returns 200 OK with an empty body. The new field is not echoed back; use Get Table to read the stored field definition.
